Wearing a surgical mask for too long might start with itching or irritation, but because sweat and oil comes out of your skin and stays for long under the face mask and it can lead to inflammation and acne breakouts.   • Apply apple cider vinegar with a cotton bud before going to bed
  • Take zinc supplements
  • Apply honey and cinnamon powder mask
  • Use tea tree oil
  • Apply green tea on your skin
